Summer is here and with it summer beers are sprouting like mushrooms. Every brewery, no matter how small, brings its own interpretation of beery refreshment to the market and delights the parched palates of beer-thirsty gourmets worldwide with summery creations. All kinds of styles are suitable as thirst quenchers for the hot season: juicy India pale ales, fruity sour beers, sour fruit beers, light non-alcoholic or drinkable pale ales.
Czech brewery Sibeeria has chosen a hop-intensive IPA for its 2022 summer beer, which, with a crisp 66 units of bitterness, offers a wonderful contrast to all the ice cream and fresh fruit that we can't get enough of in June, July and August. A harmonious mixture of Sabro, HBC 586 and Amarillo conjures up a juicy bouquet of mandarin, stone fruits and floral hop notes in the beer and creates a taste that has the potential to be a real summer hit. The already mentioned bitterness skilfully cushions the soft sweetness, the exuberant fruit notes and the hints of blooming summer meadows and brings the aromatic play to the point with force.
When the days get longer and the world lures you outside with a mild breeze, the song of cicadas, the shooting stars in the sky, the smell of barbecue and the sounds of guitars, grab a well-chilled Léto and enjoy the summer to the core!
