The nerds among us are definitely familiar with Captured Sunlight: the powerful spell is a powerful tool in a complex card game played by people all over the world. We don’t know whether the Pühaste brewery is referring to the game or the sunny yellow color of the beer. However, we can say with absolute certainty that Captured Sunlight not only has the color of bright sunshine but also its summery character.
The Estonian Gose was created in collaboration with friends from Latvia: Together with the brewers of the Ãrpus Brewing Company, Eero and his team have created a Baltic Gose. Traditionally, the sour beer has a characteristic taste of coriander, orange peel and salt. The modern interpretation of Pühaste and Ãrpus plays these classic notes and combines them with the fine aroma of sun-kissed quinces.
The exquisite Gose from the Baltic States flows into the glass in the color of pure sunlight and is adorned with a small crown of airy, white foam. A delicate scent of quince rises in the nose and invites you to take the first sip. This reveals a light-footed body with the unmistakable elements of a Gose. The taste flatters the palate wonderfully fresh and sour, the juicy notes of yellow quince harmonize wonderfully with the subtle saltiness and fruity acidity. Elegant and irresistible!
