From a robust bock to a balanced Märzen – here, the focus isn't on hops, but on richness, body, and aromatic depth. Ideal for anyone who loves beers with substance and appreciates the full flavor of brewed malts. What you can expect in the package: Dachs Chivo Hell - Light Bock Robust, well-rounded, and balanced. This light bock impresses with a subtle malt sweetness, notes of honey, and a not-too-heavy body. A strong beer with elegance. Dachs Chivo Dunkel - Dark Bock. Our bock beer presents itself as robust and down-to-earth, with a noble chestnut brown color and a head of fine-pored foam. The use of aromatic caramel malts creates a strong malt aroma that reaches your nose even before the first sip. While the dark bock warms your throat and chest, aromas of dried fruit and subtle cherry emerge after swallowing. Dachs Ernte - Country Beer with Raw Grain. Original and down-to-earth. The basis is a blend of four Sommerbeck raw grains – barley, wheat, rye, and oats – which are harvested by our friend, farmer Lars, and brought directly from the field to our brewery. The beer is then refined with Pilsner malt and selected caramel malts. Dachs Märzen. The Dachs Märzen, with its pure, slightly sweet malt note, is especially cozy in your glass, not just during the colder months. Its warm, shimmering copper hue perfectly showcases the carefully selected, finest caramel malts, emphasizing the pronounced malty character of this full-bodied beer. Despite its 5.5% alcohol content, it surprises with exceptional drinkability – smooth, well-rounded, and pleasantly quaffable. Who is this package for? For malt lovers.
