Merchandise is the name given to promotional items that are printed with the name and logo of a company. Lighters from a bar, ballpoint pens from an insurance company, jerseys from a football club or a tape measure from your local hardware store - the type of item is not fixed, the main thing is that an advertisement is printed on it. Some of these promotional items become real cult objects over time. This is especially true for T-shirts that bands sell at concerts or on tours, but also for certain football jerseys and the like.
The Kundmüller brewery from Weiher in Franconia also has a certain cult status. The team has made a name for itself with its excellent beer and works regularly with brewmasters from all over the world. Thanks to its participation in renowned international competitions, the good Weiherer beer is on everyone's lips, so it is no surprise that hordes of guests from near and far came to the brewery's 150th anniversary celebrations. Among those invited were friends, acquaintances and admirers of the brewery, but also collaboration partners from other breweries and a handful of celebrities who wanted to offer their congratulations to the Kundmüller family.
Of course, there were also matching T-shirts for the spectacle and we have a sneaking feeling that these could soon become cult objects.
