A case of beer is a fun affair: it promises twenty (or twenty-four) times the enjoyment, is easy to carry and can even be stacked if necessary, gives a whole series of bottles a practical home and can be emptied alone or in good company. It is advisable to always have a case of beer on hand in case visitors drop by out of the blue, if there is something unexpected to celebrate or if the sun breaks through the clouds unannounced and awakens the desire for a barbecue. In a pinch, the case can also be converted into a stool or used as a small stepladder. However, this is only advisable if you have not already taken out and enjoyed several bottles from it.
As a brewery family, the Kundmüllers are naturally fans of the beer crate. They handle a lot of them every day and still like them. So much, in fact, that they have designed a bottle opener in the shape of a miniature beer crate. The small, handy gadget looks like a real crate from Weiherer: The authentic green crate with the brewery logo contains not 20, but 12 tiny bottles of beer with gold crown caps. The look alone is a stunner, but the baby crate also functions as a bottle opener.
Brilliant!
