Georg Tscheuschner, who is affectionately known as Schorsch by his friends, is an absolutely exceptional brewer. The Franconian has set itself the task of producing the strongest beer in the world and has already achieved this goal more than once. Every now and then, brews pop up that are just as strong as Schorsch’s, but the resourceful master brewer always brews his way to the top and now has a whole range of powerful brews in his repertoire.
One of them is the strongest wheat in the world. The Schorschweizen ICE has an incredible 30.0% alcohol content and drinks like a harmonious hybrid between distillate and beer. The alcohol content reaches this dizzying height by reducing some of the water by freezing it. This not only concentrates the taste, but also increases the revolutions. The aroma of the rich wheat beer includes ripe fruits, rum-pickled raisins, creamy caramel, roasted malt and dark dried fruit. The alcohol is cleverly integrated into the taste and contributes a pleasant warmth that spreads through body and soul after the first sip. We recommend that you sip this beer like a fine whiskey in small, enjoyable sips.
The special creation comes in a bottle with a swing top. A wax seal refines the look and makes opening this bottle a festive affair. Enjoy yourself!
