The drink with the aptly named Emotional Breakdown is a Gin & Tonic IPA that has been flavored with spicy herbs, tangy lemon and a touch of salt. In order to get as close as possible to the unique taste of a fine gin & tonic, the brewers use a herbal mixture that includes a good portion of juniper. The small fruits of the cypress family contain a lot of essential oils and give the gin its unmistakable character. The lemon provides a kick of freshness and also provides acidity and summer fruitiness.
