The team at Orca Brau seems to feel the same way, as they have developed a malt beer for adults together with their partner Vormann Brewery: Malzzeit combines the nostalgic taste of a classic malt beer with a hint of alcohol. The brew is brewed like a conventional beer and falls into the "light beer" category. The natural sweetness and full-bodied richness of the grain is underscored by caramelized sugar. Its 1.5% alcohol content skillfully balances the punch, making Malzzeit a subtly balanced, full-bodied, and not-too-sweet treat for anyone who fondly remembers their malt beer days.
