Hard muscles from spinach are a thing of the past, today hops and malt help you build muscle strength!
This representative of Brewheart's IPA series impresses with the two hop varieties Sabro and Citra. Hopeye is a double dry-hopped double IPA and is described by Roland and Andreas as hazy, juicy and powerful. The limited edition is a hit on hot summer days and accompanies them perfectly. After a morning swim in the lake, it has an isotonic effect, it is wonderfully refreshing to bridge the bone-dry midday heat, it is the ideal accompaniment to sausages and steak when barbecuing in the afternoon, and on warm summer nights around the campfire it tastes wonderful with stick bread and marshmallows.
The color of Hopeye varies between a sunny yellow tone and light orange. The foam head is delicate and white. Wonderfully fruity scents of tropical fruit fill your nose. Coconut, citrus fruit and lychee combine with earthy, herbal spices. The first sip reveals a full body and pleasant carbonation. As expected, Hopeye scores with nice fruity hop notes. Gourmets want to taste a light note of dill that mixes with the green halos and tropical fruits. The finish is medium bitter. Despite its powerful 7.7% alcohol content, the IPA is very drinkable and enjoyable.
We recommend Hopeye to all hopheads who want to give their discerning palate a beer that goes down well and still has a lot of hops.
