You can't get more hops!
Since the emergence of the craft beer movement, the beer scene has been all about green gold. Hops are the magical ingredient that can take a beer to heaven and set the great brewer apart from the average brewer. The fine art of modern beers is the right balance between aromatic hops, spicy yeast and good malt. In our opinion, the guys at Brew Age definitely belong to the elite group of excellent brewers. They have mastered hops and demonstrate their expertise once again with their delicious New England IPA Alphatier. Four aromatic hop varieties are in this beer and give it a wonderful juiciness. The brewers have perfectly brought out the fruity facets of the Centennial, Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops and balanced them with top-fermenting yeast and the full malt power of three types of malt.
Alphatier appears in a hazy amber tone in the glass and smells heavenly and fruity as soon as you open the bottle. The tempting aromas of a whole basket of fruit dance in the nose and make you want to take the first sip. Alphatier is fruity and fresh and pampers the tongue with an incredibly smooth, velvety mouthfeel. A good portion of oatmeal in the brew creates this sensation. In addition to the tangy fruitiness, the blonde delights with a well-integrated bitterness.
The makers aptly describe their beer as a hop smoothie: fresh, fruity, crunchy and velvety smooth.
