The Polish brewery WRCLW Bezalkoholowy proves that Browar Stu Mostów can do more than just coffee-black porters and stouts with lots of alcohol and dark aromas: the non-alcoholic brew is based on India Pale Ale and, with its tropical aromas and less than 0.5% alcohol content, is a successful contrast to the rest of the range. The brew is flavored with Cascade, Citra and Sabro hops and shines with an astonishingly full body and a wealth of sparkling flavor facets.
WRCLW Bezalkoholowy presents itself in crystal-clear honey gold and piles up an airy crown of slightly tinted foam. The head exudes an enticing scent of freshly grated citrus zest, which combines with forest herbs and grass clippings on the nose. The first sip reveals a fine beer with fruity sweetness and a lively carbonation that makes the aromas dance on the tongue. A tidal wave of exotic fruit overwhelms the palate and tickles the taste buds with notes of peach, strawberry and coconut. Herbs, diverse citrus fruits and a gentle bitterness complete the taste profile.
The non-alcoholic brew from Browar Stu Mostów is a welcome change in the beer glass for all those who have to or want to do without alcohol. The next Dry January can come, we are well prepared with a few bottles of WRCLW Bezalkoholowy!
