This is one of them, Browar Stu Mostów from Wrocław, which celebrates the end of winter not only with its annual beer festival, BEER GEEK MADNESS, but also with a whole range of spring-fresh beer specialties.
One of their beery homages to spring is Spring Awakening, a juicy pastry sour. This feather-light sour beer premiered at the beer festival and was enthusiastically received by the audience.
