Muhe is the fine mildness in the wide range of the Estonian brewery Pühaste. The juicy New England IPA is the gentle alternative to strong, voluminous and flavor-intensive specimens such as Muda or Epiphania and scores with tasty juiciness and a fruity variety of hops.
Every now and then it can be uncomplicated: Complex, multi-layered and sophisticated beers are the specialty of many craft brewers, but there are situations where you just want to enjoy a good bottle of beer without challenging your own taste buds. Pühastes Muhe is the perfect beer for these occasions. The New England IPA strikes a fine balance between hoppy fruit, citrus-fresh bitterness and woody herbal notes.
Muhe flows into the glass in the color of sun-ripened oranges and wears an airy crown of snow-white foam on the amber-colored body. A compote of exotic fruits rises in the nose and seduces with notes of mango, melon, papaya, peach and pear to the first sip. The initial taste reveals a light-footed NEIPA, which with 5.5% alcohol content is definitely one of the most drinkable beers. Muhe plays a juicy variety of ripe stone fruits and rounds off the summery play of aromas with a tasty finish: Lively citrus fruit brings a breath of fresh air into the beer and at the same time delivers a fruity bitterness. Harmonious accents of freshly cut herbs complete the successful taste profile.
