The Icelandic brewery Einstök only uses the finest raw materials for brewing: The crystal-clear brewing water comes from the ice-cold glacial springs on the island, hops and grain are sourced from regional farmers wherever possible, and the yeast is home-grown. Coupled with the latest technology and the centuries-old art of brewing, these ingredients are processed into delicious beer.
A particularly fine drop in the range is the Icelandic White Ale. The model for the creation is the Belgian Wit. Einstök combines the cool character of Icelandic beers with the warm flavor of Belgian brews. The team took their time to transform the traditional wit into a Nordic work of art. At the end there is a tasty brew that scores with a strong aroma, refreshing nature and tasty character. As with the classic Wit, coriander and orange peel as well as oatmeal were used here. This unbeatable trio gives the beer a sparkling freshness, spicy and earthy herbal notes and a velvety soft, stable body. Thanks to its creamy mouthfeel and summery fruitiness, Einstök’s Icelandic White Ale tastes good both in the cold and in the warm half of the year.
The first taste inspires with clear, clean aromas and a delicately melting mouthfeel. Gradually, oat flakes, citrus notes and spices are layered into a diverse beer enjoyment that leads to a round, refreshing finish.
