We just love pizza, what else could we do? Modern New England IPA meets Hawaiian pizza. Pizza spices, pineapple puree, smoked malt, smoked salt, and the three “pineapple character” hops “Bru-1”, “Vic Secret”, and “Sultana” create a “mind movie moment”. A real fun project, but implemented with great thought and care. Herbal pizza aromas, light freshness of pineapple, a hint of smokiness for the “prosciutto flavor”, all embedded in a beautifully juicy hop aroma, a soft, creamy body, and a fresh, fruity, and herbal finish.
