West Coast Style Double IPA, unique, 8.5% ABV, 18 plates. A modern West Coast Double IPA brewed with Elani, Strata, and Amarillo hops. Pleasant hop bitterness, light malt body, robust, strong, and intense. Intense hop aromas deliver orange, grapefruit, a touch of sweet stone fruit, as well as pine and resinous notes in the finish. A slight warmth, subtle sweetness, yet dry, with well-integrated alcohol for excellent drinkability. All in all, a well-balanced, modern yet classic, highly enjoyable beer.
