Mild smoked bock, a unique collaboration with Zapfhahn Bamberg. Brewed together to celebrate the brand's 4th anniversary at the popular Bamberg burger and beer pub "Zapfhahn". 6.2% ABV, 14 Plato. A light, mild, rounded, very drinkable, elegant, and harmonious smoked bock. 20% smoked malt imparts a pleasant smokiness, more noticeable on the nose than on the palate. Not overpowering, but harmoniously integrated into the malt body. Hopped with classic regional varieties. More "light" than "heavy". Perfect with a snack, hearty dishes, smoked foods, or as a true Franconian moment of enjoyment.
