New Zealand Lager with “Motueka Hop Kief” – unique, brewed and conceived by Christian and Lina. 5.4% ABV, 13 Plato. A classic pale lager with modern New Zealand hop aromas. Brewed with “Rakau” in the brewhouse for stone fruit and spicy notes. In the cold brew stage, “Motueka Hop Kief” from “Freestyle Hops” adds lime, floral notes, and mild tropical fruit. “Hop kief” is a liquid, concentrated, and novel hop variety. Clearly defined, fresh, and slightly fruity. Elegant, understated, yet delicate, and intensely aromatic thanks to the hop flavor. Modern yet easy-drinking, structured as a pale lager.
