Dark wheat beer collaboration between Hoppe Bräu, Guggenbräu, and Bierdoktor. 2nd edition, one-off, 6.1% ABV, 14 Plato. A classic, slightly dark festive wheat beer, brewed at Hoppe Bräu in Waakirchen. Complex malt bill with a portion of heritage barley from Franconia and other special malts. Fermented with a pure wheat beer yeast from Upper Bavaria. Lightly hopped with Mandarina in a whirlpool. Finely malty, elegant, with hints of banana and clove, a pleasant hop character that harmonizes well with the malt body. Very drinkable and inviting. A beer brewed for friendship <3
