Sansho Spiced Yuzu White IPA, brewed and conceived by Fritz, 6.5% ABV, 16 Plato. A modern, wheat-forward white IPA. Creamy, hazy, citrusy, with Belgian yeast aromas. Sansho pepper with a subtle spiciness. Complex and layered, yet fresh, light, and approachable. Mixed fermentation with wit and saison yeasts. The Belgian yeast profile meets American hops Citra, Idaho 7, and Amarillo, as well as the Japanese ingredients yuzu and sansho pepper.
