Aperitivo cocktail ale with cherry, vanilla, hibiscus, and wood chips. 5.8% ABV, 13 oz. Based on Belgian wit, cold-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, secondary fermented with cherries and aged on vanilla, wood chips, and hibiscus blossoms. Fruity, floral, and spicy. A delicate bitterness reminiscent of an Italian aperitif in the finish. Cherry provides fruitiness, vanilla rounds it out, hibiscus adds floral and spicy notes, Nelson Sauvin hops contribute grapefruit, white grape, and gooseberry, and the wood chips add depth. Perfect for an evening by your favorite lake. Enjoy it in an Italian retro style, as a cocktail base, or simply on its own to experience the flavor.
