Their beer for these people is Local Hero, a modern take on Bavarian Helles. The fine drop has a balanced 5.0% alcohol content and brings a skilful balance of two types of hops and two types of malt into the glass. A particularly late addition of hops gives the beer an abundance of flavor without becoming too bitter. Local Hero tastes like mild malt and fresh hops as well as a hint of lime.
