If ever there were the perfect conditions for a beer, it would be in this situation: The master brewers from the three institutions Braumanufaktur Hertl, Schorschbräu and Freigeist Bierkultur have come together to create a beer. Due to this top-class constellation, we expected the best possible result and the beer from the brewing geniuses did not disappoint!
6 Fists for a Hallelujah has a star-studded cast and is better directed than any Oscar-winning film. The master brewers themselves can be seen on the label of their creation. Festively dressed up and wearing stylish hats, David, Schorsch and Sebastian flaunt their beer and promote it in style.
But 6 fists for a hallelujah doesn't just look good on the outside: the stylish bottle contains an Eisbock with plenty of twists and even more taste. The aromatic brew has a whopping 14.0% alcohol content and was made from an already strong imperial stout. In the Eisbock process, which is one of the absolute specialties of the Franconian brewing legend Georg “Schorsch” Tscheuschner, the finished beer is cooled down to freezing point. The resulting ice crystals are skimmed off, leaving a highly aromatic beer. Schorsch holds the world record for the strongest beer ever, David and Sebastian are known for their extraordinary joy in experimentation and their exceptionally crazy beers. We were all aware that a cooperation between these top-class people could only be good. But we were surprised that it turned out SO good.
6 fists for a hallelujah is a firework display from an Eisbock - intensely aromatic, complex, rich and simply delicious!
