The fine drop is called Schwiegervater’s Stolz and is a wonderful smoked beer with a pleasant 4.9% alcohol content and an extremely drinkable character. The Franconian classic flows into the glass in a rust-red chestnut brown and is adorned with a small hand’s breadth of ivory-colored foam.
