David Hertl has taken on the great need for a vaccine and has developed his own interpretation. Hertl’s Imp * stoff is available in light and dark versions. The light is a drinkable, Franconian classic with a sunny character, the dark is a lager in rich amber with a maroon shimmer and an airy head. From an olfactory point of view, the dark vaccine is malty and tickles the olfactory nerves with a variety of malt and grain notes. The initial taste follows the foot and plays a mild malt that combines with spicy herbal notes to create a tasty mixture.
