The craft beers in the Riedenburger Brauhaus revolve around a single ingredient: the hops play the first fiddle, as you can already see from the names of the beers. All specimens in this category have the addition "cones" and thus express a hoppy promise.

In addition to the alcohol-free India Pale Ale Dolden Null and the Bavarian Summer Ale Dolden Sommer Sud, the brewery has a hoppy light beer in its repertoire. Their juicy Umbel Hell is brewed with four different hop varieties and is also dry-hopped to intensify the flavor nuances. The naturally cloudy beer specialty is characterized by its mild, subtly balanced character and impresses with its soft sweetness and fresh hop aroma. All hop varieties used come from controlled organic farming and are provided with the Bioland seal.

The Riedenburg Dolden Hell flows into the glass in a peach-red sunny yellow and is adorned with a blossom-white crown. A bouquet of light malt, floral hops and sour citrus fruits rises from the naturally cloudy barley juice. The taste continues the olfactory first impression, delivering notes of citrus peel, ripe pineapple, freshly mown grass, blooming summer meadow and exotic passion fruit. The malt underscores the hop festival with solid hints of biscuit and restrained grain notes. The slim body and the sparkling carbonic acid give the beer a beautiful elegance.
