Wacken Open Air is more than just a festival – it's a legend and the central event of the metal music genre. Every year, thousands of metalheads from all over the world make the pilgrimage to the small North German village to experience three days of loud music, mud, and magic. Wacken is synonymous with community, passion, and the unwavering spirit of heavy metal. Amidst this unique atmosphere, where shouts and guitar riffs become one, the Wacken Brewery also originated. It shares the same spirit – raw, authentic, and absolutely uncompromising.

With Liquid Wacken, the brewery has launched a beer that captures the energy and spirit of the festival in liquid form. The India Pale Ale pours a crystal-clear amber gold from its rock-inspired can, topped with a dense, white head. The nose is greeted by intense hop aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, mango, lychee, and pine. On the palate, Liquid Wacken impresses with a harmonious balance of fruity sweetness and pronounced bitterness. A robust body carries flavors of zesty citrus, tropical fruits, and spicy pine resin, while the dry finish leaves you wanting another can. A mild 5.3% ABV completes the beer experience.
