The first work on the new system from the young Orca Brau brewery is an absolute blast. Felix vom Endt wanted his first creation to be a fluffy, fluffy beer that sweetened the evening and is the perfect companion for relaxing hours.

Easy is an uncomplicated American-style pale ale with a gentle 4.5% alcohol content. The palatable light flows into the glass in a wonderfully shiny gold tone and is adorned with a stately crown of white, firm foam. A tempting scent of juicy orange rises into the nose and combines with the aromas of gooseberries, white grapes and tangy citrus fruit. The initial taste presents a light-footed body with a great hops-malt balance. Perfectly coordinated, the two flavor carriers give the beer its character: the malt gives the hops a soft, sweet base that is reminiscent of creamy caramel, brown sugar and sun-dried grain. The hops bloom on this basis and caress the tongue and the palate with notes of freshly mown grass, ripe oranges and woody herbs. A herbal bitterness is also added and elegantly rounds off the play of aromas.
The finish is crisp and bitter and stays on the tongue for a long time with its fruity sweetness and citrus freshness.
