The Kellerpils is Orca Braus Sud number 2 on the brand new brewery and a real Franconian classic. A well-tempered Kellerpils belongs to every hearty snack. The fresh tart is the perfect accompaniment to crispy bread with butter, Ziebeleskäs’ and a load of onions. Or with grilled sausages.

The historical barley in the beer gives the mixture a wonderful flavor, the hops sapphire and pearl contribute a wonderful freshness and the indispensable bitterness.

Orcas Kellerpils flows into the glass in a rich, sunny yellow and is unfiltered. The golden beer is adorned with a small crown of fine-pored, white foam, which exudes a wonderful scent of sweet, grainy malt and grassy hops. The skillful balance of hops and malt is clearly presented in the nose and runs like a red thread through the drinking pleasure. Sweet and soft, the malt caresses the palate and gives the taste the aroma of oven-fresh biscuits. The smooth malt is accompanied by crisp, fresh hop notes that taste like juicy citrus fruit and freshly mown grass. A clean bitterness balances the soft malt sweetness.
