Iced tea is a summer refreshment made from tea and fruit or herbs and a little sugar. Here Comes The Sun is a smoothie IPA based on barley and oat malt and the hops Citra and Mosaic, which has been given a creamy sweetness by means of lactose. Black tea, fresh mint, sun-kissed lemons and a spicy pinch of cardamom create a summery flair in the beer glass.
