The Summer Ale flows into the glass in a coppery amber tone and shines wonderfully golden. Slightly cloudy and with a stately, white head of foam, it is visually seductive. The heavenly scent that rises from the fine-pored foam further intensifies the siren song: tangy citrus fruit meets soft caramel malt, juicy mango and creamy honey. The medium-weight body has a lively, finely bubbled carbon dioxide that makes the aromas dance and gives the beer a smooth mouthfeel. Wonderful hop notes of orange, mango, pine resin and freshly mown grass develop on a grainy malt base. The delicate sweetness is accompanied by strong fruit notes and a pleasant bitterness. The finish is hoppy and slightly bitter.
