After a wonderful hike through Franconian Switzerland, body and soul need refreshment: Visitors to the Fünf-Seidla-Steige® between Weißenohe and Thuisbrunn enjoy a cool beer from Elch-Bräu at the end of their walk.
The natural brew was created by master brewer, beer sommelier and master maltster Georg Kugler, who, together with his team, swings the mash paddle at Elch-Bräu. His Pils is made with a generous amount of aroma hops and is characterized by its intense hop aroma and enormous drinkability. The brewers have created a tasteful depth that ranges from notes of fresh, green hop cones to juicy citrus fruit and spicy meadow herbs. A pointed, but never dominating bitterness harmoniously rounds off the enjoyment of the Pilsner.
In the glass, the blonde beauty shows itself in light golden yellow with a white foam crown. A delicate veil of yeast runs through the beer. A bouquet of freshly harvested hop blossoms, pink grapefruit and sunny citrus fruit fills the air and tempts you to drink. The taste test reveals a slim, light-footed body with a lively opening and the tropical fruitiness of American aroma hops in the middle. An elegant finale, seasoned with a precise bitterness, crowns the enjoyment of the beer and leaves you thirsty for the next glass.
