"Premium" is a term that describes the quality of a product or service. When something is particularly high-quality, high-quality, or exclusive, it's referred to as "premium" in advertising. Coffee made from hand-picked, fairly traded, and carefully roasted beans, which conjures up a full-bodied, finely roasted, and complex aroma, is premium coffee. An airplane seat that offers more legroom, perhaps even a window with an unobstructed view, is a premium seat. And a beer that is brewed using the finest raw materials and aged for a long time, using the highest brewing techniques, is a premium beer.
The Stauder Brewery from Essen has such a specimen in its repertoire: its Premium Pils is an exquisite brew, crafted with the utmost care. The highest quality standards are applied even in the selection of ingredients. Chef Axel Stauder personally selects the hop varieties year after year. When the green gold is harvested, he visits the region's hop-growing areas and selects the most aromatic cones for his beer. For the Pils, the fine hops are combined with two-row spring barley. Thanks to long aging, the crystal-clear golden drink with its impressive, foamy head delivers a round, balanced flavor composed of mild grain, fresh, floral hops, delicate bitterness, and tangy fruit notes.
