March is the month when the icy grip of winter begins to loosen. After snowdrops and crocuses bravely stuck their little heads out of the hard-frozen ground in February, squills, daffodils, hyacinths, snowflakes, violets and all sorts of other early bloomers follow in March. If you’re lucky and the weather is kind to you, the first (tepid) warm days arrive and you can be outside for more than half an hour without being drawn straight back inside. And the first things happen in the garden too: You can start with the pre-cultivation and sow frost-resistant plants such as leeks, radishes or spinach directly in the bed. Everything is slowly getting back on track in agriculture and the first spring festivals herald the beginning of the next season.
The Polish Browar Pinta welcomes spring with a fluffy, fluffy session season. In 2023, the brewery team would like to focus more on the production of various variants of the session beer and presents us with a direct hit with March on the Farm.
The style of the March brew is based on the Belgian season and is hopped with the varieties Idaho 7, Azacca, Centennial and El Dorado. The result delivers a dry character packed to the brim with fruit and spicy notes.
