One fine day just before Christmas, Waldi the dachshund was sitting with the gang from the brewery having a cold beer. As the alcohol level rose, the mood became more and more heated and Waldi got into an argument with his brother. There was a huge crash and the dachshund, offended, retreated into the brewhouse. Because there was a power outage during the night, the alarm clock didn’t go off the next morning. The staff wanted to go on a trip together and overslept collectively. The team set off for the airport in a great hurry and only at their destination did they realize that Waldi had been forgotten at home in all the hustle and bustle. But things got even worse: Beer-thirsty crooks wanted to break into the brewery to get free beer while the brewers were away. But they hadn’t counted on Waldi, who didn’t want to give up the valuable barley juice without a fight and bravely defended the brewery.
If this story sounds very familiar, know that it is not one of Waldi’s adventures, but rather his favorite film. He watches it every year during Advent and drinks a beer with it.
