Analog is a collaboration between three brilliant brewers: Andreas Martin from the Berliner Weisse Brauerei Schneeeule, Jann von der Brelie from the Weisse Elster Leipzig and Sam Derby decided in 2020 to join forces and enrich the beer world with modern classics. Their beers are not only characterized by the noble labels designed by artist David Eberhardt, but also shine with simple elegance, high drinkability and a complex aroma density. All brewing pieces have simple names that usually only indicate the beer style and appear in cans in a timeless design.
The Mountain IPA is new to the range. A juicy combination of American IPA styles is hidden in a can with a minimalist mountain range: The beer is made with the hops of a classic West Coast IPA, the brewing method corresponds to the India Pale Ales from the opposite coast. The result is a 6.5% strong beer with a moderate bitterness and a lot of character.
Thanks to its harmony of fruity, spicy and hoppy notes and the strong bitterness, the IPA from Analog goes perfectly with dishes with cheese. We recommend an American classic with it: Al dente cooked maccheroni in a creamy sauce made from spicy mountain cheese, golden cheddar cheese and velvety goat cream cheese. In addition, a crispy lamb’s lettuce with pomegranate seeds on an onion vinaigrette.
