Kindness and goodness are virtues that are often lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Between work, housework and other duties, we don’t have time to apologize when we bump into someone, accompany a grandmother across the street, carry someone’s shopping home, give up our right of way or let someone go ahead of us at the checkout. When things are particularly busy, sometimes we don’t even have the time to smile at the bus driver, hold the door open for someone or exchange a few words with the neighbor. We go through the world with blinders on and tunnel vision, forgetting that it is values like kindness, generosity and patience that hold our society together.
The team at the Orca brewery has also noticed that we often treat each other far too roughly and is calling for more friendliness with their latest work. Be Kind to Each Other is a pastry sour with rhubarb and vanilla, which was created in collaboration with Testbräu from Munich. By joining forces, the two breweries have created a beer that tastes like grandma’s rhubarb cake thanks to fresh rhubarb puree and the finest vanilla. Be Kind to Each Other is creamy sweet, super fruity and so delicious that it will put a smile on even the most talkative of vacuum cleaner salesmen.
