Bock beers are a very special beer specialty: The strong beer is not only characterized by its high alcohol content, but usually also by its aroma-intensive character and voluminous body. A tantalizing scented potpourri rises from the creamy, fine-pored head and tempts you to take the first sip with notes of strong malt, freshly baked bread, roasted nuts and spicy honey. Soft malt caresses the palate with aromas of melt-in-the-mouth caramel, roasted cereals, stone oven bread and spicy yeast.
