Zero Fox Given is a story with multiple parts. Like an epic book series, the brewers shared the compelling and in-depth storyline so you could enjoy it longer and really fit everything they wanted to tell. All elements of the story are based on the same malt composition and fermented with the same yeast strains. When it comes to hops, the brewers want to let off steam as much as possible and allow themselves every freedom.
For the first part of the saga, the hop varieties Citra Incognito, Columbus and Chinook Nektar were used in the whirlpool. For the subsequent dry hopping, two more Citra variants and one more Chinook nectar were used. From the aromatic green gold and two types of malt, the resourceful brewers have conjured up an India Pale Ale with a whopping 6.5% alcohol content. The first chapters of the story introduce us to the protagonists in all their olfactory splendor: citrus-fresh hops and ripe stone fruits play the leading roles. In the initial drink we get to know some supporting roles with mild malt and soft grain notes and the stars also appear again. Juicy notes of lime, lemon and grapefruit sing a sonorous duet until the antagonist Bitter enters the stage and brings the spectacle to a fine and harmonious end.
