The Brehon Brewhouse is based in Ireland. It all started on a small farm in the quaint village of Carrickmacross. Founder Seamus McMahon lives there and one fine day decided to expand his dairy farm to include a brewery. In 2013 he turned his dreams into reality and made a real rocket launch. Soon his creations were gaining traction far beyond Ireland’s borders and Seamus was in business.
Today, the Brehon Brewhouse is an integral part of the international beer scene and enriches the world with creations such as the famous Imagine New England IPA. This fruity beer specialty is inspired by the soft clouds that roll over the farm on mild summer days. The most spectacular cloud games can be observed over Ireland’s green hills and you don’t even have to drive there to get a small impression of it.
According to its climatic model, Imagine presents itself in a shimmering copper amber with dense clouds. A cloud of orange scent, freshly mown grass, tangerine, roasted malt and floral notes fills the air. The initial taste reveals a juicy play of aromas composed of grassy hops, ripe peach, golden mango and tart grapefruit. A harmonious bitterness successfully rounds off the beery composition.
The perfect companion for lying in the meadow and watching the clouds!
