BarthHaas X is a company that offers a wide variety of hop products to large and small breweries. Their range extends from whole cones to extracts, concentrates and liquids and gives brewers an incomparable variety of hoppy options. The green gold comes from hop-growing regions all over the world and, after being processed in Kent, England, is sent all over the world. BathHaas is one of the most successful hop traders in Europe and a collaboration partner of the Rye River brewery.
For their latest edition of the popular Miami J IPA, the team has teamed up with the hop experts to create an ultra-juicy India Pale Ale from the most modern raw materials. Amarillo, Citra, Cascade, Mosaic and Galaxy varieties were selected for the beer and combined with a range of malts, oatmeal, wheat and the London Fog yeast strain. When putting together the flavor profile, the brewers concentrated on the softer side of the hops and created a harmonious fruit bomb with a skilled hand.
Miami J flows into the glass in a warm honey tone and is crowned with a small crown of blossom-white foam. The scent and taste of the IPA are characterized by a symphony of golden pineapple and notes of freshly squeezed orange juice. The brew has a good 6.5% alcohol content in the glass and is a limited edition.
