His Helles Mutti’s Sonnenschein is a tribute to David’s mom, who is the good soul of the brewery. In her honor, the master brewer created a beer that flows into the glass in a slightly cloudy gold tone and forms a beautiful, white head of foam. From the frothy head arise wonderful scents of freshly mown grass, soft, buttery caramel and sun-dried hay. The malty beer presents itself in the taste test as a well-balanced mixture of grainy, malty sweetness and hoppy, tangy fruitiness. The natural carbonization supports the play of aromas.
