Up until now, when we heard the title "Mum's Sunshine" we always assumed that brewmaster David Hertl meant himself. Without a doubt, he is his mum's favourite and the light of her life, but if we take a closer look at Mum Vroni, it could also mean her own personality. Vroni is extremely cheerful and has a beaming smile on her face wherever and whenever you see her. She buzzes around the brewery in a good mood, lends a hand here and there, cooks lunch for the whole hungry crowd and always has a kind word for you. Her personal sunshine shines benevolently on the whole farm and has a positive effect on all the work.
On the label of the beer that David dedicated to his mother, Vroni shines against a golden background, and with the Willy mug that matches the brew, artist Simon has even gone a step further and placed Vroni in front of a yolk-yellow sun circle that is very reminiscent of a halo. Anyone who knows Vroni will probably not find this analogy too far-fetched.
