Minimalism is a movement inspired by the simplicity and elegance of the Far East and can impact all areas of life. A brewery that has been shining with minimalist label designs for some time is Blech.Brut from Bamberg. The craft brewery eschews lavish color schemes, comic-like designs and clever names. Instead, the brewery presents samples in just one color each. The patterns appear in series and focus on the essential: the beer.
The newest series of patterns are arrows . There are currently two brewing pieces decorated with different colored arrows. Emerald Arrows is the moss green version that hides a West Coast IPA. The beer, which is based on the art of brewing on the American West Coast, is made with barley and spelled malt and four different hops. The Amarillo, Chinook, Columbus and Motueka varieties form a taste that is made up of juicy citrus fruit, tropical fruits, freshly mown grass, spicy pine resin and a crisp bitterness. A finish that stays on the tongue for a long time concludes the beer enjoyment and makes you want more.
