The Trumer private brewery team specializes in producing the finest Pilsner. The Austrians have an amazing range of different beers in this category in their range and prove to all critics that not all Pilsners are the same. Because they can now easily call themselves experts in this area, they dared to take on a real challenge some time ago: The brewery wanted to create nothing less than the “best and tastiest non-alcoholic pilsner” on the market. With state-of-the-art technology, a lot of experience and the most aromatic hop varieties, we experimented until everyone was satisfied.
Today the Trumer private brewery proudly presents us Freispiel, a Pilsner with less than 0.5% alcohol content and a character that is shaped by tangy freshness and an abundance of strong hop notes.
Visually, Freispiel can hardly be distinguished from its alcoholic counterparts. The brew flows out of the bottle in a shiny gold and is crowned with a stately crown of dense-pored, non-slip foam. A nose of citrus zest and apricot scent tempts you to drink, which delights with sparkling carbon dioxide and a whole bouquet of hop aromas. Lemon and stone fruit are joined by floral notes of lavender and wild thyme. A delicately balanced bitterness brings the individual components together and makes free play a refreshing pleasure.
