Being forever young is an idea that has fascinated humankind since the dawn of time. In our wildest dreams, we are immune to aging. We have discovered the secret of eternal youth and live without the Damocles’ sword of aging hanging threateningly over us. We have a supple, toned body with boundless energy, and our minds are never depleted. Our heads are clear, we forget nothing, and even the most complex issues are easily understood. We are light on our feet, have razor-sharp vision, and, thanks to youthful exuberance, fear nothing and no one. However, since no one has yet discovered the fountain of youth, and research hasn’t yet made any quantum leaps in the area of staying young, this dream remains, for the time being, a figment of our imagination.
The Pinta brewery has created a beery monument to daydreaming, allowing you to indulge in a few delicious moments of eternal life. Forever Young is a contemporary interpretation of the classic Grätzer. This style, also known as Grodziskie, was first brewed in 14th-century Poland. It’s a low-alcohol, light-bodied beer brewed with oak-smoked wheat malt, combining freshness with an elegant smoky note.
Pinta’s version was created in collaboration with Browar Kopyra, brings a lean 2.6% alcohol content to the glass and combines acidity, bitterness, citrus notes, herbs and smoke into an extremely palatable whole.
