Pilsner & Chili instead of watching films & chilling.
The Estonian brewery Lehe has dared to create something very special with this creation: Pilsner with chili. And just as beer and soda become Radler, Pilsner with chili becomes Chilsner. The classic lager is spiced up here with an exciting chili note - an idea that not only pays off on the label. At the front of the Chilsner, a very distinguished chili gentleman with a monocle, pipe and walking stick is chilling in front of yellow flames, which probably indicate the spiciness of the pods brewed with it.
Lager with chili, is that right? And yes. The hot pods give the otherwise rather moderate Pilsner a good dose of fire and make the beer style really interesting. The malt brings out the full range of flavors from the chili, which has much more to offer than just biting spiciness. The Chilsner Pilsner is a light-bodied, golden beer with a wonderfully dry yet spicy chili finish.
We recommend this chilly creation to everyone who can't get enough of chilies and wants to complement their favorite spicy dishes with the perfect beer. The Chilsner Pilsner goes wonderfully with all hearty dishes, and it tastes particularly good with Mexican food.
A Chilsner and a burrito? ¡Si, por favooooor!
