To make up for the lack of alcohol, brews without alcohol must be particularly good. For a long time, they were not - in the 90s and 2000s, the alcohol was ruthlessly removed and with it all the flavor. The results of this brutal process were bland, boring and characterless brews that were only drunk when absolutely necessary. Fortunately, things are different these days: people who have to or want to do without alcohol have a wide range of tasty non-alcoholic beers that have been produced with care and craftsmanship.
One of these delicious beers is Delphi Free from ELIXI. The Greek version of a non-alcoholic beer is a New England Pale Ale from which the alcohol has not been subsequently removed. Instead, the microbrewery used special yeast strains that produce hardly any alcohol during fermentation. They are used like conventional yeast and in this way produce a non-alcoholic beer that is in no way inferior to alcoholic ones.
Delphi Free has a feather-light body thanks to the use of rice flakes. Hand-picked hops provide a tart freshness and a subtle bitterness, while a portion of hibiscus flowers give the brew its raspberry-red color and fruity acidity.
The first non-alcoholic beer in the Delphi series is a crisp, fresh treat for the whole day!
