The Schleicher brewery from Itzgrund has another project in addition to its Storch im Glück label: Under the NATURAL label, the team produces biodynamic beers that are brewed with raw materials from Demeter cultivation. Her work is based on the three principles of responsibility, enthusiasm and goodness. When dealing with our resources and nature, the brewers want to be as responsible and economical as possible. The raw materials are grown according to the strict Demeter specifications and are both organic and regional. All brewing is based on careful research. With a lot of dedication, passion and joy, the brewery works to get better every day. Your good beer comes from good work and can be enjoyed with a clear conscience.
The light beer from the NATURAL range can even be consumed by people with gluten intolerance with a clear conscience and without any health consequences, because it is gluten-free. The unhesitating beer pleasure lures with a bouquet of sun-ripened grain and blooming summer meadows. This reveals a light-footed body with a full variety of malt. Golden grain meets a mild sweetness on the palate, soft notes of honey and fine oats. The hops harmoniously deliver a crisp bitterness and some spice.
