The team at Siren Craft Brew loves chocolate as much as we do and has dedicated an entire series of beers to this exquisite delicacy. Under the Caribbean Chocolate Cake label, three different brews are currently available: Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and Deconstructed Barrel. In collaboration with Willie’s Cacao, the team selected the finest cacao beans to create a luxurious chocolate aroma in their brews. For maximum flavor, they use not only cacao nibs but also the roasted shell of the bean. To add a Caribbean flair to the brew, various woods are added, imparting a woody, rum-like aroma.
For the Dark Chocolate version of the Caribbean Chocolate Cake Series, intensely roasted cocoa beans and cypress wood are used. The result is a bittersweet symphony that brings creamy notes of dark chocolate, freshly brewed coffee, robust roasted aromas, and a hint of sea salt to the tongue.
